In our experience, clear jelly and bingfen have similar finished textures, resembling aiyu jelly.

The main difference is their dilution ratio.

Some customers use clear jelly powder in place of bingfen powder; choose the one you prefer.

Basic clear jelly ratio — powder : water = 1:100.

Basic bingfen ratio — powder : water = 1:80.

Adjust the water quantity for your preferred firmness.

Our products are shipped at room temperature.

Refrigerate after opening.

If the storage area is too warm, refrigerate as appropriate.

Syrups, concentrates, jams and jelly powders can generally be resealed and stored at room temperature.

For example, a 12× yield powder:
NT$260 per kg makes 13 kg of finished product.
NT$260 ÷ 13 kg = NT$20 per kg of finished product.
The finished product cost is NT$20 per kg, rather than NT$260 per kg.
Consider the yield when comparing the powder's unit price.
