Miboba Taiwan-Made Grass Jelly Powder
 
Grass jelly premix can make 12 kg of finished product or hot grass-jelly dessert. Simply prepare with water for shaped grass jelly, grass-jelly milk tea, tender grass jelly and other applications.

Preparation
 
Adjust water to your preferred texture.
 
1. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
 
2. Add grass jelly premix and sugar, adjusting sugar while stirring.
 
3. Stir until small bubbles appear on the surface. Turn off the heat and pour into molds.
 
4. Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate. Enjoy after approximately 2–3 hours, once fully chilled and set.
 
 
 
For shaped grass jelly, use 1 part powder to 12–15 parts water.
 
For a smooth, tender shop-style texture, use 1 part powder to 15 parts water.
 
 
 
Hot Grass Jelly Preparation
 
Grass jelly powder to sugar to water = 1:0.5:15.
 
Boil 15,000 cc of water and turn off the heat. Add one 1 kg pack of grass jelly powder and 500 g sugar, stir evenly and serve.
