What Is Clear Fen Guo Jelly Powder?
Traditional fen guo was made by mixing a starch slurry with water boiled with gardenia fruit, which gave it a yellow color. Fen guo powder was later developed to simplify preparation and help shops work more efficiently.
Miboba's clear, unflavored fen guo powder keeps the traditional chewy texture while providing a transparent base that is easy to color. Add flavor concentrates or petals to create a range of colorful fen guo desserts.
Why Choose Clear Fen Guo Powder?
A clear, colorless and unflavored base gives you more creative freedom.
Combine it with concentrates, natural petals such as butterfly pea or cherry blossom, green tea or cultured-milk drinks to create distinctive flavors for your customers.
