From Jelly to Mojitos: A Complete Guide to Using Orange Pulp
Preserve the fruit's aroma: orange pulp is more than a canned ingredient
Sweet oranges are the most widely grown orange type in Taiwan, with peak season from December to January. Sweet oranges are also common in the United States, including those sold under the Sunkist name.
Oranges provide dietary fiber and other nutrients. Surplus oranges can also be juiced for a refreshing drink that cuts through rich flavors.
Fruit spoils easily in hot summer weather. Many people find themselves either filling the refrigerator or rushing to eat it.
Convenient canned fruit, including red pomelo, grapefruit, lychee and mango, offers another way to retain fruit's sweet flavor and manage storage.

High-temperature processing helps preserve the fruit's flavor. Orange pulp also works well as a garnish for frozen desserts and sweets.
Orange pulp is ready to use after opening. It saves shops the time needed to peel oranges and helps speed up drink preparation.
